Goal:
1. Lose xxxx kg in 3 months
2. Increase fitness level to achieve NYHA class 0 (doctors' inside joke, non medics probably wouldnt understand this)
Reward:
1. Look awesome in pictures again, and in real life of course. (But mostly in pictures).
2. Fit into that darn dress i bought back when i was less horizontally challenged.
3. Byebye feeling like an overstuffed gorilla in human clothing.
Fears:
1. Not achieving goals
2. Chocolate craving
3. The food network
4. Takeaways discount promos
5. Seeing fatter people and tricking my mind into thinking that i am thin and dont need to lose weight.
6. Seeing skinny people and starting to think my mission semi-impossible is really mission totally-impossible.
7. Free food.
